President Emeritus Award Presented to Christal Milligan

Every strong organization is built on people who don’t just hold a title – they hold the mission in their hands and carry it forward with passion. For the Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce, one of those people is Christal Milligan.

Christal has been the steady heartbeat of the Chamber for years – a dedicated leader, tireless volunteer and one of the most determined advocates our business community has ever had. Most recently serving as President of the Board, she led with equal parts professionalism and heart, pouring countless hours into promoting local business, planning events and keeping the Chamber running strong through every challenge and change.

Whether was was organizing, encouraging or simply rolling up her sleeves to help, Christal could always be counted on to show up – not just in spirit but in action. Her drive, warmth and “let’s-get-it-done” attitude have inspired everyone around her. She’s the kind of leader who makes people want to do more, give more and believe in their community just a little harder.

Tonight, we honor her with the title of President Emeritus – a fitting recognition for someone whose leadership has left a lasting mark on this Chamber and this town.
